In this pranayama masterclass, I’ll spend 2 hours teaching you the yogic tools to bring fresh prana into your system, allow it to move around your body and balance your mind.
You’ll be able to use these techniques to wake up and purify your body whenever you need them.
Here’s what we will be doing:
We’ll start with a short talk on prana - what it is, the different types and why its so important to work with it on a regular basis
We’ll do a pranayama set designed to bring fresh energy in, clear away old energy and invigorate your system
We’ll do a pranayama set designed to balance your body, the hemispheres of your brain and your nadis (energy chanels)
We’ll do 30 mins of Omkara (list of benefits below)
We’ll finish with a deeply relaxing yoga nidra to help you integrate the work you’ve done in the session
Please note, I do not record any of my live teaching sessions.
