This 12-week online beginner-friendly kundalini yoga program is for you if:

  • You’re drawn to kundalini yoga, but you don’t know where to start

  • You’ve heard negative things about kundalini, and you want to access trustworthy information

  • You want to harness the incredible power of your energy body to heal yourself and progress spiritually

    Your kundalini energy does not need to be active to take part in this program. You can still experience the incredibly revitalising physical, mental and spiritual benefits of these ancient yoga tantra techniques.

Each class is 90 - 120 minutes long and takes place on Zoom.

We’ll start right at the very beginning and cover all the fundamentals of kundalini yoga. Getting clear on the basics will give you confidence to move forward with your own kundalini practice (sadhana) safely and effectively.

You’ll start seeing a noticeable difference in your own potent life force, your mental clarity, your emotional resiliency, and your presence in your own body. Plus, you’ll start feeling and understanding your own energy system. If you’re not familiar with this, it’s fascinating and hugely encouraging to your kundalini practice if you can feel what’s going on.

We’ll meet up on Monday evenings between 18:30 and 20:00. We start on Monday, the 18th May 2026.

We will be practising gentle, beginner-friendly yoga asanas and breathwork, along with meditations and mantra chanting (silent and aloud).

When used correctly, these old tantric kundalini practices were designed to unlock vast reserves of energy and hence human potential, creativity, gifts, bliss and inner peace and have the ability to completely transform one’s personality.

I only teach the old techniques and don’t teach new age stuff, or put my own ‘twist’ on things. The old techniques are safe.

These ancient techniques have helped countless individuals reach the end goal of self-realisation for many hundreds, maybe even thousands of years. If you are drawn to this path, please listen to your intuition.

I’m not saying you will become enlightened as a result of this program :) But if kundalini has found you, you can be sure it’s your time to advance spiritually. The teachings say that any work you do on your kundalini will be carried over to the next lifetime.

There’s no need to worry - you will not wake your kundalini up unless it’s the right time.

If your kundalini is not yet awake, this work will help prepare your body, mind and energy system for when it is ready.

If your kundalini is awake, these techniques will help get you focused, grounded and get you out of the wilderness.

What You’ll Need:

The program is conducted both live and online, so you’ll need a working computer or tablet with a webcam and microphone.

A yoga mat or rug

Blocks, cushions and blankets for comfort and support when sitting down

A notebook and pen

You may wish to print out the mantra handouts before each session

Please note that the sessions will not be recorded to encourage presence and attendance. This way, you will get the most out of the information and the experience of being in a group of fellow yogis. It’s not all about the yoga, but also the energy that we create together.

We will have time each lesson for Q&A. The first part of each session is dedicated to teaching kundalini theory, followed by an hour of kundalini yoga and meditation. We will always finish with a relaxing meditation or yoga nidra.

There’s no homework, except to practice the techniques daily if you can, or at least 3 times per week.

This way you will get the most out of the program and the powerful techniques you are learning. You’ll also find it easier to embody the theory and progress spiritually.

A 4-Week Somatic Kundalini Yoga Immersion and Accompanying Sadhana Practice

We start on Tuesday, February 17th

6:30pm - 7:30 pm ish

If you’ve fallen out of love with your body or you want to finally start treating it like the Divine temple it is - an expression of your true self… then this 4-Week kundalini yoga immersion is for you.

This program is not about working with kundalini energy; it’s about replacing cellular fear and negative self-perception with deep, grounded self-love.

Your body is already perfect; you just need to love it more.

We will use gentle yoga asana, pranayama, pratyahara, and tantric meditation techniques to help you feel like you actually belong in your body in the most profound way.

You’ll develop a positive relationship with your physical expressive self.

You’ll end this kundalini yoga immersion with a sense of honouring yourself, accessing organic confidence, less bodily inhibitions and a rejuvenated energetic system that you can radiate far and wide.

DEEP BODY LOVE will take place online via Zoom on the following Tuesday evenings:

17th February, 24th February, 3rd March, 10th March.

You’ll be given a new Sadhana to practice whenever you can in between the sessions to support your transformation.

Please note that there are no recordings being made of the sessions and you will need your camera and microphone on.

Here’s what you will be doing each week:

Week 1 - Release

In week one, you’ll move your body and clear your energy to get rid of stress, fear and stuck emotions that are ready to leave safely - using yoga asanas and pranayama techniques. You’ll also work with tantric meditation techniques to facilitate root chakra expansion.

Week 2 - Inhabit

In week two, you’ll be getting present within your body, tuning up your awareness and tuning in to your inner vision. Gentle stretching and pratyahara will help you communicate with your body. You’ll use tantric meditation techniques to facilitate sacral chakra expansion.

Week 3 - Take up Space

By week three, you’ll be ready to move your body expressively and feel confident, allowing yourself to take up as much space as you like. You’ll be working with expansive yoga asanas, big movements, and sound. You’ll use tantric meditation techniques to facilitate solar plexus expansion.

Week 4 - Radiance

In week four, you’ll access feelings of self-love and sovereignty - using pranayama and meditation to help you tune into the peace and acceptance your soul resonates with. You’ll also use tantric meditation techniques to facilitate heart chakra expansion.

This kundalini yoga program is a celebration of you, your body and the way it carries you through this life.

Here’s what we will be doing:

  • We’ll start with a short talk on prana - what it is, the different types and why its so important to work with it on a regular basis

  • We’ll do a pranayama set designed to bring fresh energy in, clear away old energy and invigorate your system

  • We’ll do a pranayama set designed to balance your body, the hemispheres of your brain and your nadis (energy chanels)

  • We’ll do 30 mins of Omkara (list of benefits below)

  • We’ll finish with a deeply relaxing yoga nidra to help you integrate the work you’ve done in the session
